Attorneys and external stakeholders can only access court records through the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal. Information on requesting expanded access can be found here. What will be available through the portal is described in Supreme Court Rule 22: Access to Public Electronic District Court Case Records .Search Warrant Law Enforcement, Appellate Attorneys, & Media RequestsThis Secured Portal allows justice partners such as attorneys with appellate court cases, law enforcement for search warrants, and members of the media to perform specialized actions to assist in the administration of justice in Shawnee County. Access is restricted and is only granted on a case by case basis determined by federal, state and local laws as well as District Court and Supreme Court rules.
